We always aim to ship orders that are in stock within 24 hours. If your order is not in stock, we will keep you updated about the order process so you know when your shipment is on its way.

All hose and ducting is sold using inside diameter measurements unless we specify otherwise. If you are shopping for nylon tubing within the hose section, it uses outside diameter measurements.
No we do not provide regular maintenance or servicing of your septic systems. If you live in the top of the South Island and you need your system cleaned, we recommend Nelson Marlborough Waste, or for servicing we recommend Annesbrook Plumbing. Both these companies work closely with us and know our products very well. If you have just had your system installed, give us a call and we can try to troubleshoot any issues with you.
We sold our entire vacuum division in December 2020 to Waimea Group, located here in Richmond Nelson.
