The Power Booster fluid-conveyance pumping nozzle is a compact, fluid-operated, vacuum assisted waste recovery nozzle replacing pressure discharge pumps. These compact units are designed to operate in hazardous and non-hazardous waste removal.

Available in 2 inch, 3 inch, 4 inch and 6 inch this lightweight compact unit is rugged enough to handle heavy sludge, septic waste, sand and hazardous wastes such as grease and oil.

How it works

Due to its lightweight design the Power Booster does not have to be lowered with heavy equipment like diaphragm pumps or other weighty equipment. It can be easily installed on any vacuum equipment without any modifications.

It can work with liquid or sludge materials. Designed to work as a single unit or in series, wastes can be conveyed vertically and horizontally without limitation. One unit can  move sludge over 61 metres vertically, suspending heavy solids in the infused fluid stream.

The Power Booster can be installed in series, in tandem or even inverted for use in slurry suspension, hydro-excavation and unloading. Stacking the Power Booster system in series, waste materials can be conveyed continuously without restriction.

The fluid-conveyance operation contains no moving parts. It is manufactured with male camlocks at each end to adapt to various applications.

Vertical lift

It may be utilized as a single unit at the end of the line to increase vertical lift well beyond 30m, or in series to vacuum liquids and sludges to any height.


It is also designed to be inverted for a variety of mixing, stirring, trenching or unloading.

In series

When placed in series, your vertical lift limitations virtually disappear.  For hose runs 100 - 150 metres, place on at the end of the vacuum hose and one equal distance between the end of the hose and the vacuum unit.  For longer runs continue placing a Power Booster approximately every 120 metres.
